Microsoft Corp profit drops

Big disaster for Microsoft Corp. Microsoft profit drops to 29 percent because of poor sales globally. This huge software industry’s total income falls to $ 3.05 billion in the fiscal 4th quarter, as there revenue declines by 17 percent as compare to earlier year which was down by $ 4.3 billion.

Microsoft Corp. reported that this happened due to several technology companies whose are having tough time due to recession, but they are tot fully responsible for that. Mainly their business affected due to bad impact by the low sale in the server markets and in the global PC markets. This was stated by Microsoft’s CFO, Chris Liddell.

Lots of reason is there; one of them was the shares they lost to 8 percent for late trading after rising 76 cents or 3.1 percent to dollar 25.56 in daily trading. Also there is mass fall of business which includes in its client division, due to windows operating system.
